The Graphic Assets licensed under this Agreement are supplied to you by True Grit Texture Supply for USAGE ONLY and remain the intellectual property of the designer(s) of the Graphic Assets. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and True Grit Texture Supply governing the terms of use of the digital content including software add-ons, brushes, swatches, color palettes, graphic styles, actions, effects, templates, vector files and texture images (collectively "Graphic Assets") that you are downloading or purchasing from True Grit Texture Supply, for yourself, your company, or your employer (hereafter collectively referred to as "you" or "The Licensee"). Of course if you want to share your Krita brushes with others, I would suggest sharing them as a Krita native bundle, it will contain all the information needed to recreate the exact same brushes on the other computer.✔ Print and digital publishing projects including comics, book covers, magazines, editorial illustrations and picture books. oh well, they would have to improve their brush engine first :D But they wouldn't have any problems with reading those Krita bundle files). On the other hand, Krita's brush presets are open source like any other Krita's module (so if PS wanted to support importing Krita brushes. Extracting the image (brush tip) is easy enough, but everything else is harder and that's why there is no way to import those settings into Krita yet. abr files and Krita developers (as well as all other art programs developers) have to guess how to extract anything. It's because Photoshop didn't tell anyone how to extract any information from their. I would suggest adding a tag for all brush tips you'll extract from the abr, so they won't get lost. Here you can read the whole tutorial on importing abr files. abr contains only brush tips, not brush presets (and "brushes" in Krita nomenclature means "brush presets" brush preset is brush tip + brush engine + all settings), at least Krita can read only brush tips from those files.
